I am a mom of 28 days old boy.. my baby got acne on his face and all over body. his potty and toilet area is covered with redness and acnes.. what is the reason of redness and acnes?.. And also whenever he released gas, he also released small amount of potty.. .he released gas so many times in a day... what is the reason behind this?

A. As the baby is small so it’s better to consult the doctor first and get him checked and it us difficult to guide you without examining the baby take care
