I am a Mom of 2 kids. My mummy tummy is not yet reduced. Please give some idea to reduce it.

Sunita MahatoMom of 3 children10 months agoA. you may take up some yoga classes or hit the gym or some cardio .. restrict sugar n sweet intake.. avoid oily and spicy foods.. stay hydrated.. take a diet chart from nutritionist...
