Covid vaccination like covishield/ covaxin in the breastfeeding mothers can be given very safely according to the latest recommendation which is approved by by government of India. only pregnant women and children are not included in this list. Nurfsing mothers can feed their child as soon as required after the vaccination very safely.

No Once if you have Covid you have to wait for a minimum three months to get the vaccination done it’s 12 weeks after you recover from Covid then only you can go for the vaccination before that it is not recommended for a person who has recovered from Covid to go for the vaccination
