i am a feeding mother of 2 yrs old baby...my breast size becomes increased and saggy...feel bad,..what to do to decrease and tighten the breast?

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear kom, exercise will help you...check u tube videos for chest exercise .as and when you will wean the child..gradually the suze of breast will reduce to the earlier size..wear good quality bra...this all will help you
