Q.

I am a feeding mother of 2 months old baby.. can i eat papaya and banana?

A. yes, you can have.. in fact papaya helps in increasing breast milk supply. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

A. yes mom definitely u can have both of these As a new mother you should have all the green leafy vegetables and fruits which are full of fibre have milk at least three times a day curd porridge nuts panjiri egg chicken if you can have but not immediately after delivery after 2 or 3 months lots of water and avoid junk food and the food which can cause gas like rajma curry black Dal potatoes
