Q.

I am a feeding mother. can i consume lemon + turmeric + luke warm daily inorder to prevent from constant coughing.i will get sick from daily use of turmeric milk

A. yes, can take it. yoh may also consume ajwain water + honey mix coupke if times a day. take lots of fluids to flush out toxins from body.
