I am a CS mother. CS done in 10months back. now can i use tummy trimmer for flat belly ? or i'll use the abdominal belt ? if belt then for how many hours i have to use the belt ? plz guide

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. you can try exercise. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

U Can use it if you want to but now it is of no use you have had your delivery long time back it is not going to help you in anyway is also these bills do not help in reducing down your tummy they only helps in keeping it in place so that they do not start sagging after delivery
