Q.
I am a breastfeeding mother ,today I have consume almost 1bottle of beer and have breastfeed my baby within half hour...I was not aware of waiting for 2hours after consuming beer ....not me very scared will it harm my baby

Ohh Since you already done it nothing can we change it cannot be undone but if your child is not having any discomfort it’s okay and it is not two hours it’s mostly a gap of 12 hours you should not have alcohol specially when you are exclusively breastfeeding the child because it stays in your blood for at least 12 hours
