Q.
I am a breastfeeding mother to a 3 month old .. lately I am noticing that my son doesn't feel full even after a 45 min feeding , and the milk supply is good.. anything I can do to make the milk fatter so that he feels full.. And currently he is growing according to his months but he is still lean not fluffy like other 3 month old.
