I am a breastfeeding mother recently my right breast feels pain when I touch .when I get periods there is no pain till period end after periods again the pain starts wts the reason

A. hi it happens because of hormonal changes or engorgment so ,I advise to do warm compress with wet warm towel or napkin on your breasts. it gives you relief in pain wear loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep your self well hydrated and if pain is unbearable , please visit your gynecologist for once
