I am a breastfeeding mother .. my girl is 13 months now.. i often feel leg pains these days. .. is it bcos of breastfeeding.. should I wean her from bf now . or is it ok till two years?

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, leg pains can be due to reasons for which you should consult your doctor. you should continue to breastfeed till 2 years as it helps in improving the immunity of your child, provides better nutrition and deepens the mother child Bond.
