Q.
I am a breastfeeding mother and suffering with piles constipation from past 14 days one of friend suffered with the same problem during her breastfeeding days her doctor recommend her to take LACTULOSE duphalac and it helped her alot can I also take it ?

Constipation is a chronic problem and most important cause is diet modification so firstly it should be taken care of and take good fibre diet with plenty of liquids and avoidance of food which can aggravate constipation like Banana excess of milk and maida containing food.
medications liker lactulose PEG or glycerine suppository should be second option
