i am a breastfeeding mother 1 month baby i am taking lactare tablet 3 times a day so that i am getting gastric is my baby also get gastric by my breastmilk

A. A child normally is gastric whether you give breastfeeding or formula feeding really does not make a difference it is completely normal with kids to have gas colic and constipation issues for initial six months to 1 year
