I am a breastfeeding mom to my 8 month old daughter. I am suffering from throat infection, is it ok if I take Amoxicillin? does it affect milk supply?. pls suggest

A. hi no please don't try self medication it can be harmful it can affect your breastmilk supply and so your child please consult your gynecologist before taking any type of medicine. gargle with salt water. keep your body well hydrated take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
