I am a breastfeeding mom of 7 months baby and I have got melasma patches on my face what diet should I take for treatment of the same

A. hi usually it alright by the time but I would suggest some tips which will help you in this: protect your skin from sun use sunscreen with spf 30 or higher try aloe vera gel on those patches keep your self well hydrated
