you can take tablet cetirizine 10 mg once a day and go for home remedies like tulsi ginger honey as well as turmeric with milk and for pain and fever you can take paracetamol

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello having limited amount of tea is absolutely fine and safe during breastfeeding and absolutely nothing to worry and you can have and also try to have some warm water frequently which can help you get relief from cold and you can even take some steam which is beneficial
