I am a breast feeding mother of a 3. month old baby but I have dizziness and I frequently loosing my weight what should be do

A. hi you must have nutritional deficiencies so please take iron , folic and calcium supplements as per your doctor's prescription take Healthy and nutritious diet avoid outside food avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day visit your gynecologist for once
