Q.

I am a breast feeding mother of 4 months old baby and I am suffering with breast pain and fever with no redness from last night. Is this anything serious?

A. Could be due to clogged milk duct so it’s better you consult the doctor once also at home apply hot compress around the breast to reduce pain and manually express the milk and take paracetamol
