I am a breast feeding mother and had cesarian delivery 17 days ago. what should I eat to regain my energy?

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Take your post natal supplements on time. Rest well and take a good care of yourself. Good luck.
