Q.

I am a 36 week pregnant mother. which is normal level amniotic fluid in this week

A. the normal AFI level is 9 to 10 cm. Having low AFI Level ( 7 or below) usually you should increase your tender coconut water intake and liquids and have proper follow up with your doctor as this is also related to low weight of the Baby so increase more of protein intake In your diet or start with a protein supplement

A. Amniotic fluid levels begin to decline at around 36 weeks in preparation for delivery. Low amniotic fluid levels are more common in the third trimester, but the risks of complications are lower at 36 weeks than they are in the earlier stages of pregnancy. The normal amniotic fluid level range at 36 weeks is between 5-25 centimeters. Anything below 5 centimeters is considered low amniotic fluid. If you have low amniotic fluid, your doctor may recommend extra monitoring or an early delivery.
