I AM 8th month pregnant,ma'am vagina me left side bahut pain hota h, uthne ,baithne ,letne me bahut problem ho rahi h mujhe kya karu.

It is called as a lightning crotch, and it usually happens because of increased blood flow in the pelvic blood vessels and also the pressure of the uterus. You can try using a Pregnancy support belt so that the pressure is reduced and the pain will be less
