Start taking one teaspoon badam rogan from Hamdard in warm milk at bed time or if that is not possible then add little desi ghee in warm milk and have it bed time and drink plenty of water during day time and eat fiber rich fruits and vegetables and take good sleep and walk more often

increase water intake and eat more juicy salad and fruits like cucumber,oranges, watermelon, beatroot..U can even take lukewarm water every morning and don't take too much hot water.
