I am 8 week pregnant in 6 week ultrasound is normal and heartbeat is normal .But I have high sugar hba1c is 8.6 .I am taking folic acid.now doc suggest to do baby growth scan after 2 week. so there is any chance that heart beat may drop once dedected.And doc also suggest me to take tablet of sugar.
