Q.

I am 8 month pregnant.... and in my last check up I have been told my water has got a bit less.. what should I take to keep water content in check?

A. keep yourself a well hydrated either balanced diet and be in regular follow up with your doctor. . . keep taking your supplements on time and be little physically active too. . . .
