I am 7months pregnant, had severe diarrhoea n constipation n was admitted n was on iv n antibiotics for two days, due to hard passing of stools i have external anal fissure near the anal area n difficult to pass stools n have pain, my gynaecologist prescribed me Ano metrogyl but there is still pain n the fissure is still if the same size n lump is still fresh, previously before pregnancy I had fissure problem n doctor prescribed me Annovate cream n it was very effective, now I want to no to completely dry out this fissure which cream would be better Ano metrogyl or Annovate as i am pregnant.
