Q.

I am 7 weeks pregnant.Today I tested blood pressure and i came to know I have high blood pressure (120/84).what are the steps to be taken to control my blood pressure levels.

A. 120/ 84 is totally a normal count and it is not high blood pressure. During pregnancy it is always advisable to have your normal routine foods and include more of sprouted grains along with green leafy vegetables and adequate water intake which helps maintain good health Do have regular daily walking don't over think for your health condition it effects mental health during pregnancy

A. hello since you are expecting mom it would be better to check with your doctor and go as advice by doctor which will be better and also safe both you and your baby and do not strain yourself too much and take the medicine as advice for your doctor and things will be fine and nothing to worry about not a problem
