Q.

I am 7 weeks pregnant.. I do not have any vomiting, nausea, morning sickness... is this a matter of concern...?

A. hi mom no u need not worry about it as it is not mandatory to have nausea and vomiting in pregnancy .. get an usg done to see for fetal well being

A. it's not mandatory to have symptoms. but u have to wait for a week or two weeks and then check for symptoms .even I didn't have any of those till eight weeks ...later nausea started

A. It's normal if you are not having any of these symptoms as this may vary body to body .

A. hey don't worry. throughout my pregnancy I had nothing, I was not even craving for anything like I have heard people eat sweet, tangy things. so don't worry don't doubt and be positive
