Jasmine KaurMom of a 10 yr 2 m old boy4 weeks agoA. Hello dear parentc , you should eat soaked almonds and walnuts every day first thing in the morning. Then you can eat coconut and drink milk with protein powder as prescribed by the doctor. Through out the day you should eat small meals 5 times in a. Day than big meals 3 times in a day. Stay very well hydrated.
