POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. Whenever introducing semi solid foods in baby's diet, start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day. You can feed lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, mixed vegetable soup, home made cerelac, etc. Give one food atleast for 3 days to observe any kind of allergies.
