i am 6 months pregnant...and i suffer from severe back achey spinal cord pains so much that i can't even sleep.Is it normal during pregnancy?

A. avoid long standing. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
