I am 5 month old baby’s mother!! Whatever I eat that goes to baby through breast milk ?

Breast milk is the most wholesome food for your newborn provided by nature. Even though your diet is not completely responsible for the quality of your milk, it does affect the quality of your breast milk significantly. And, your infant’s immunity, metabolism, and physiological health greatly depend on the quality of your breast milk
