Q.
I am 44 years of age and I feel my menopause has started because it was on and off for last 2-3 years but now it has fully stopped. isn't too early to get menopause?

Hi mommy It’s all normal and common due to hormone changes No need to worry Take a good care of your baby Give adequate feeding Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
