I am 41 year old and mother of two. I m experiencing urine incontinence from quite sometime. can you please suggest any remedy. I check with doctors on this, they asked me to do Kegels excercise. can you please suggest any other remedy

A. please consult your doctor for this then only the correct diagnosis and treatment suggestion is possible after clinical egfxamination and knowing complete history. its very difficult to comment here . .
