SheetalMom of a 4 yr 5 m old girl3 years agoA. Take care of your body and diet as prescribed by your gynaecologist as he knows better .Do go for regular check up without a miss . In general - you can read week wise pregnancy developments and check on yourself to see if everything is fine growth wise. Listen to what you doctor say rather then what many people say
