I am 4 months pregnant today I went through blood test the hemoglobin result is 7.8 gms suggest some hb gain food

A. Hello mom You should add pomegranate and beetroot in your regular diet plan it will help in increasing haemoglobin and you should definitely consult with your gynaecologist about it so doctor can advise you some medication which will also help in increasing your haemoglobin level
