I am 38weeks pregnant I am feeling like vomiting and head spinning I just wanna know why it is happening?

In such case you should definitely consult with your gynaecologist about it because you talked I can only advise you will after examining you and your baby. Sometimes it is common during pregnancy but if you are having it extremely then you should definitely consult this with your Dr
