Q.
I am 38 weeks pregnant now. When i was 36, I stopped gaining weight. Doctor said it’s k. But after 37 I am rapidly increasing more weight. Almost like 300-500gms every day. Can anyone help me know y am I gaining so much suddenly

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom last trimester is period of rapid weight gain , as far as it’s within limits it’s fine .. so now you are almost to the end and may be due any time to not get tensed
