I am 38 weeks pregnant and want a normal delivery but no labour pain so how can I induce my labour pain naturally

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 days agoA. Wait as it is your first delivery do wait till 39 weeks and from now start walking but not rigorous it should light walking but do it daily and talk to your gynaecologist once about it as she can guide you mire

The labour boy usually happens around the estimated delivery date or little bit plus or minus depending upon when the child is going to engage the head the civic starts to open up so if pregnancy has been healthy as the labour is going to happen on its own you can wait till your estimated delivery date
