Q.
I am 38 suddenly my breasts are paying and nipples are hurting.what to do.its been 3 ,4 days.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. Sometimes tenderness is breast us seen during ovulation time but if the pain is excruciating then apply warm compress around it abd gently massage your breast with Luke warm oil if no improvement then consult the doctor
