I am 37 years old and planning for second pregnancy. My T3 -1.24 T4 - 9.68 TSH - 4.11 My doctor didn’t suggest me thyroid medicine. Please suggest.

See the figures are not that high maybe that is why your doctor did not suggest you with any medicine but if you are having any tense relating to the figures and you can connect with another doctor for better clarity and you can also talk to gynaecologist once regarding the situation
