i am 37 year old women. this month period is slow flow and black in color.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 months agoA. It needs to be checked as black colour is not normal during periods so consult your gynaecologist and get it checked and also get an ultrasound done and start dome physical exercise in your daily routine and eat a healthy diet
