Q.

I am 37 year old my daughter is 5 yera old .I had hyperemesis gravidarum in my first pregnancy and it was so bad .I was hospitalized in my first trimester and was not able to eat and drink unto 4 months and after 5 months the condition was stable. now I am planning for a second baby but I am so much worried about hyperemesis gravidarum,if it will happen again then what to do. does this condition reoccur in my second pregnancy?

A. it doesn't mean that every time we should have hyperemesis gravidarum And also it is advisable for the to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for some investigations also depending on the need o k

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
