I am 37 week pregnant and baby weight is 2.7 it’s ok

A. yes the baby weight is okay. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.

A. Hello dear parent! Increase the protein intake. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. Consult your doctor for further guidance on this matter. Good luck and take care
