i am 36weeks +3 days pregnant.My vit b 12 level is...... will it affect my baby growth and developm ent.? Can i take vit b 12 supplenebts?

Hello mom You should not take any sort of medication until it is not advised by your gynaecologist if your doctor has seen any of the weakness or any of the symptoms in your baby then doctor advised you are medication for that so you don’t have to worry about it at all. Just maintain a proper diet because in the final try Mr baby gain weight very fast
