Q.

i am 36 weeks pregnant and was facing the problem of itching my lft test shows serum bilirubin is 0.79 mg/dl AST/SGOT is 114 U/L ALT/SGPT is 208 U/L ALP is 226 U/L SGOT/SGPT ratio is 0.55 kindly tell me if there is serious problem and do we need to induce labour

A. see you have to do bile acid test n show me .See you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

A. Ma’am It would be better that if you please discuss it with your gynaecologist in detail for a better understanding because the doctor can advise you everything in a better manner apart from that if you want to take a second opinion from a gynaecologist and you can either consult another gynaecologist or you can definitely wait over here I am sure a gynaecologist will definitely address your query in sometime
