Q.
I am 36 weeks and 4 days pregnant now.....my baby has a dilation in kidney that had identified in growth scan of 8th month....now one side kidney is more dilated than other one......is it normal......does it cure by itself

We cannot give confirmation on that because it would completely depend on the situation that is there whether it is going to be settled on its own only or not we cannot really give your confirmation maybe the doctor can after the child take nothing as of now
