Q.
I am 35 weeks pregnant. hemoglobin is 8.8 . I took iron injections too last week but no improvement. plz suggest

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. It will take at least three weeks if you have taken Iv iron medication’s for the hemoglobin to improve. If FCM was taken, then it will take 7 to 10 days

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. you can eat dry fruits with honey. Also eat eggs and chicken and take chicken soup. You can also take vegetables soup. Please take lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds on daily basis. Please eat iron and calcium rich food items and avoid maida or oily or outside food items. Continue with the supplements as suggested by your gynaecologist. Thanks and take care
