Q.

I am 34 weeks pregnant and have already gained more than 15kg. My diet is not much. It's quite normal, same as everyone else in my family. I just don't move much as it gets quite tiring. Suggest something so that I don't gain more weight now, but baby remains healthy.

A. Check GCT, sometimes this is also the reason for the weight gain.

A. Then have more of fibres in your diet and fluids because that is going to keep you full for a longer duration and will also help in not gaining much weight also try and do basic exercises while lying down after consulting the doctor that would be very good for you
