I am 33 years old....On @17 th I took covid first dose vaccination.From last 3 days I am having severe itching in hands and feet.

Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Consult a dermatologist for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day.
