I am 33 years old, first time mother, 12 week pregnant. My NT scan and double marker test is normal. I have been taking hydrolyzed collagen powder for 2 years to prevent joint pain, improve skin elasticity and also to prevent pregnancy strech mark. My doctor prescribede mama protinex powder. My question is can I take both hydrolyzed collagen powder and mama protinex powder?

A. well i think better to stop the collagen powder ass if now. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
